Mae was my keeper from the Tripp x Cerise litter. Tripp was a powerful and forward working dog, and after seeing him work cattle and sheep at the 2018 ASCA Nationals, I decided he would compliment Cerise well. Mae is a quick study, and loves agility and obedience training. She has a lot of natural talent on stock, but prefers to do chores and tasks with a purpose. Mae is conformationally very correct, with clean movement and a moderate coat. Mae is loved, trained and trialed by her co-owner China Lewis in Washington. She became China’s first WTCH, and in September 2025 she won Most Versatile Aussie at the ASCA nationals, following in the footsteps of her Dam Cerise, and Granddam Cocoa.

Mae had her first litter of pups in 2023. In 2025 she had her second litter, by WTCH Frogpeak’s Starwalker. This litter doubled on Quinn and Spur, two powerful working dogs in their own right.

2022 – Herding

• Earned her started cattle title in Newport, WA with two 2nd place runs – 9/22
• Earned her started sheep title in Olympia, WA with two 1st places – 10/22
• Earned her Ranch Trial Sheep title in Olympia, WA – 10/22
• Qualified with a 76 in Started sheep at Nationals in Bryan, TX under Marti Parrish

2022 – Conformation

• Reserve Winners to 4pt major under Judge Kim Skiba – ASC of BC
• Reserve Winners to 5pt major under Judge Kathleen Pavich – ASC of Rogue Valley
• Reserve Winners to 5pt Major under Judge Claire Mancha – Washington ASC
